This 2006 Washington State Red Wine exhibits an expressive bouquet of cedar, clove, cinnamon, allspice, red cherry and blackberry. The tannins are light and the wine has elegance along with very good depth and a pure finish. It merits 2-3 years of additional aging if so desired, however it drinks very well right now. Bordeaux style wines are renown for complementing a wide variety of entrees, pastas, cheeses, or even chocolate. You can also take pleasure in drinking this limited wine on its own. 84% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.
